I collect and use personal information so that I can provide safe, personalised doula support and run my small business. This may include:

How long I keep your information
I keep your personal information only for as long as I reasonably need it for the purposes set out in this notice, and to meet any legal or accounting requirements.
In general:

Enquiry emails and messages are kept for up to 1 year.

Client records are kept for up to 7 years after our work together ends, in line with common professional and tax record‑keeping guidance.
After this time, I will securely delete or anonymise your information.
