About Penny - Birth and Postnatal Doula in East Sussex

Hello! I’m Penny, and I am a doula living and working in the heart of the Weald.
I am a mum to two fantastic children (no longer children now!) and grandmother to a gorgeous baby boy.

I love spending time with family and friends, and walking my dog in the beautiful Wealden countryside.
I feel deeply that having constant, nurturing, and non-judgemental support can transform the journey into parenthood.

Every family is different, so whether this is your first baby or you’re growing your family, I’ll take time to get to know you, understand what matters most, and offer support that fits your values and hopes for birth and the early days of parenthood.
